Robbo blasts Albion boo boys - Ireland Online

24/01/2006 - 10:23:25 Bryan Robson has told the West Brom supporters who booed midfielder Darren Carter during Saturday’s shock defeat by Sunderland “to take a look at themselves”.Carter came in for criticism from a small band of fans throughout the 90 minutes of Albion’s 1-0 reversal in the same way as Ronnie Wallwork had been targeted earlier in the campaign.Wallwork bounced back from that abuse with a string of impressive performances and Robson insisted he is happy with the contribution of Carter who moved from Birmingham in a £1.5m (€2.2m) deal in the summer.The Albion manager said: “It Was a small section of fans who booed Darren and a lot of supporters tried to over-ride them by cheering for Darren.“I said it before when it happened to Ronnie Wallwork, that you support your team.
