No One in the Family was dressed to spend any time outside, Chief Deputy Bob Keating of the Waldo County Sheriff's Department said. Neither the children nor Kristie Anderson had shoes on when found the next morning. Police said the children were barefoot, although Richard Harriman said they had socks on and that One of The Girls had slippers on. The Girls were wearing jackets over their pajamas when they left the car, officials said.
