TIFTON — Saturday featured four teams with perfect Region XVII basketball records at Abraham Baldwin College’s Gressette Gym as ABAC faced off with its counterparts from Georgia Perimeter.Using big games from Stanley Brownlee and Michael Sapp, the ABAC Stallions defeated the Jaguars of Perimeter 93-90 in overtime. Also, besides being unbeaten in the region, the Jaguars also came in to Saturday’s game with a 17-4 overall record and the No. 20 ranking in the latest NJCAA national poll.“Every time we continue to win, it is a big win for us.
