The internet has given us amazing access to information. So, why is it that customer service phone numbers are so hard to find? It took me a very long time to find things like the Yahoo! customer service phone number. Why do companies make it so difficult to find the right number to call them at? I guess they really don't want to talk to us. I would think that making the correct phone number for people to call you at would help the companies even more than it helps their customers. People will not have to spend time calling the wrong person, and the wrong people will not have to field calls that they cannot help with. I guess I am being too logical about this. We found this Yahoo! customer service forum with phone numbers and some other helpful information. They also have forums for other customer service departments as well. I guess people have to take matters into their own hands.
