We have not involved ourselves in our customers' Business models. We sell software and related services. We do sell our Media Publishing System (MPS) as an ASP that is metered--meaning that we get participation in the growth of the customer's site. The RMP servers work in conjunction with our ASP. Alternatively, MPS and RMP can be deployed and managed by a customer. We've found that it's a fairly significant advantage to offer very flexible deployment options, because it allows customers to balance time-to-market and start-up costs vs. total control of the system.

AOL customer service? Dependds on what you want to do. My experience with AOL customer service was great when I signed up for an account. When I tried to cancel my account it was a different story entirely. I had to call a separate phone number...not sure why that is. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes before I was connected with someone who tried to talk me out of cancelling. Once that didn't work, he tried to offer me lower levels of service and email address retention "deals". It was pretty funny actually. I probably would have laughed if I wasn't so ticked that I had to wait so long to cancel my account. Funny that you can sign up for AOL service on line, but you cannot cancel it the same way.
